Baardskeerdersbos, B'bos to locals, is a small village in the Overberg, in Overstrand Municipality. It sits on the southern slopes of Perdekop at the foot of the Boskloof, with the Boesmansrivier just south of the village. Fynbos, farmland and mountain ridges surround it, and it is known for its artists, its flower and cattle farming and its rural pace.

Gansbaai is about 20 km to the west and Hermanus roughly 35 to 40 km, with Stanford, Elim and Bredasdorp within easy reach. Cape Town is about 170 km away. Schools and services are in Gansbaai and Stanford, and the coast and Walker Bay are a short drive off.

Business Rights

Business rights are available through an application to Overstrand Municipality. A position on the Main Road gives the house visibility and easy access, but buyers should confirm the zoning, any rights that already exist and the application process with the municipality.

Security

Burglar bars are fitted all round the house, except on the doors.
